BSF head constable commits suicide in Chhattisgarh
Raipur: An Indian Border Security Force (BSF) head constable committed suicide in violence hit state Chhattisgarh.
According to Kashmir Media Service, Madan Kumar, a head constable from BSF’s 94th battalion, was found dead with a bullet wound to the head near Marbeda camp in Pakhanjur, Kanker district.
The BSF head constable died by suicide, police said. Head Constable Madan Kumar went missing on Thursday when his unit was out on a Road Security Operation (RSO) in Chhote Bethiya area, a senior police official reported.
He was found dead with a bullet injury to the head during a search operation around 300 meters away from Marbeda camp in Pakhanjur. The deceased head constable was a resident of Bihar.
