Delhi court postpones interim bail plea hearing of Er Rashid
Srinagar: A Delhi court on Saturday postponed hearing of Engineer Rashid’s interim bail plea until July 1 for taking oath.
According to Kashmir Media Service, the court deferred the hearing after the notorious Indian National Investigation Agency (NIA) sought more time to tender its response.
Engineer Rashid, who is in prison in a false case, emerged a giant slayer in Jammu and Kashmir, defeating former J&K chief Minister and National Conference vice-president Omar Abdullah in the Baramulla seat by a margin of over two lakh votes.
