Digital truck initiative for Kashmir awareness to be launched on July 4: Dr. Fai
Washington: Dr. Ghulam Nabi Fai, Secretary General of the World Kashmir Awareness Forum, announced that the digital truck initiative will be launched on July 4th to raise awareness about the Kashmir issue among Americans on the country’s Independence Day.
According to Kashmir Media Service, Dr. Fai made this announcement during a visit to Sardar Zarif Khan, Advisor to the President of Azad Kashmir and founding Chairman of the ‘Kashmir American Welfare Society’, who is undergoing treatment at a Rehab Center in Washington.
Dr. Fai stated that the World Kashmir Awareness Forum has signed a contract with a digital truck company in Washington, D.C. to deploy trucks on Thursday, July 4th, 2024, which is the Independence Day of the United States.
He noted that digital trucks have proven highly effective in the past, which is why they are being rented again to convey the message to fellow Americans that while they celebrate Independence Day, Kashmiris lament Indian occupation with dismay.
