Usmani emphasized the need to expose India’s true face by highlighting these crimes and assured the delegation that Pakistan would continue to provide political, diplomatic, and moral support to the Kashmiri people in their struggle for self-determination.
Usmani condemned India’s attempts to change the demographic composition of occupied Jammu and Kashmir by issuing domicile certificates to non-Kashmiris and selling Kashmiri land to outsiders. He also drew attention to the genocide of Muslims in the territory and the lack of implementation of UN Security Council resolutions on Kashmir.
The Hurriyat leaders and Usmani urged the international community to take action against Indian atrocities and support the Kashmiri people’s right to self-determination
