Baramulla residents block roads, demand immediate water supply restoration

Srinagar: Residents of Kreeri-Wagoora in Baramulla district of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir took to the streets, blocking roads in a demand for the immediate restoration of their water supply.
According to Kashmir Media Service,tThe protest resulted in a complete shutdown of the Wagoora market as locals expressed their frustration over the ongoing water shortage.
Residents reported facing water scarcity for the past 10-15 days. Despite the severe shortage, no official from the Public Health Engineering (PHE) Department has visited the area to address the issue or provide assurances about restoring the water supply.
The residents are calling for urgent action, warning that if the water supply is not restored soon, the situation could escalate.
