Shah Ghulam Qadir discusses IIOJK situation with APHC-AJK leaders in Islamabad

Islamabad: President of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz, Azad Kashmir, Shah Ghulam Qadir visited the office of All Parties Hurriyat Conference Azad Jammu and Kashmir (APHC-AJK) chapter in Islamabad today and met Convener Ghulam Muhammad Safi and other Hurriyat leaders.

According to Kashmir Media Service, Shah Ghulam Qadir during the meeting condoled the death of prominent Kashmiri Hurriyat leader Ghulam Nabi Nowsheri and prayed for the high status and forgiveness of the deceased.

On the occasion, he thoroughly discussed the situation of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir and strongly condemned the Indian atrocities in the occupied territory.

He also slammed the Modi regime for attaching properties and assets of the Kashmiris to change the Muslim majority identity of IIOJK.

Shah Ghulam Qadir said Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz, Azad Kashmir, supports the people of Kashmir in their struggle for securing their right to self-determination, adding until India gives Kashmiris their inalienable right to self-determination, Pakistan will raise the Kashmir dispute at every international forum.

Shah Ghulam Qadir assured full participation in the protest rallies and demonstrations to be organized by the All Parties Hurriyat Conference in Karachi and Islamabad on the occasion of the martyrdom anniversary of Burhan Wani.

Former convener Mahmood Ahmed Saghar, General Secretary Pervaiz Ahmed, Information Secretary Mushtaq Ahmed Butt, Sheikh Abdul Mateen, Imtiaz Wani, Zahid Safi, Chaudhry Shaheen, Muhammad Muzaffar and Manzoor Ahmed Dar were also present on the occasion.

Meanwhile, in a prayer meeting organized under the auspices of the APHC-AJK chapter, deep sorrow and regret were expressed over the death of maternal uncle of Hurriyat leader Engineer Mirza Mushtaq Mehmood and the sister of Afsar Khan, Deputy Director of Kashmir Liberation Cell.
APHC-AJK Convener Ghulam Muhammad Safi chaired the meeting and prayed to Allah Almighty to rest the departed souls in eternal peace and give courage to the aggrieved families to bear the irreparable losses.

Hurriyat leaders Advocate Pervaiz Ahmed, Mushtaq Ahmed Butt, Sheikh Abdul Mateen, Sheikh Yaqoob, Imtiaz Wani, Hassan Al-Bana, Zahid Safi, Zahid Mushtaq Hussain, Muzaffar Ahmed, Muhammad Shafi Dar and others participated in the meeting.
