Kashmiri driver found dead in India’s Mizoram state
Srinagar: The body of a Kashmiri truck driver was discovered under suspicious circumstances in disturbed Mizoram state of India.
According to Kashmir Media Service, the body of truck driver, Rafiq Ahmed from Chitrakot Karnah in Kupwara district, was discovered in the Kala Sab district of Mizoram, Srinagar-based media outlets reported.
Rafiq’s family suspects foul play, asserting that he was murdered and his body abandoned in a car. A disturbing video circulating on social media shows Ahmed’s body with blood clots on his head and deep injuries.
The family said that they received a phone call from another driver in Mizoram, who reported that Rafiq was killed by some locals.
