Indian troops arrest over 50 people in Kathua
Srinagar: Indian troops have arrested more than fifty individuals in various parts of Kathua district in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
According to Kashmir Media Service, these arrests were made during extensive cordon and search operations and house raids by the troops in different areas of Kathua district.
These operations conducted by Indian army, paramilitary and police forces are also underway in Udhampur, Doda, Rajouri, Poonch, Samba, and Bhaderwah regions, creating a climate of fear among the local population.
Meanwhile, Indian police arrested a person, Tarun Behl, during a house raid in Jammu on allegations of sharing sensitive information via WhatsApp groups “The Sree Times” and “Aasman Newspaper”.
