Mushaal vows to continue freedom struggle
Islamabad: Mushaal Hussein Mullick, wife of incarcerated Kashmiri Hurriyat Leader Mohammad Yasin Malik, paid tribute to the martyrs of July 13, 1931, and reaffirmed the commitment to continue the struggle for Kashmir’s liberation from Indian occupation.
According to Kashmir Media Service, on Kashmir Martyrs’ Day, observed on both sides of the Line of Control, Mushaal called the 1931 massacre a dark chapter in Kashmir’s history and vowed that Kashmiris would continue their resistance until they achieved freedom.
She emphasized the need for a peaceful and just resolution of the Kashmir dispute, urging world powers and human rights organizations to intervene and resolve the issue as per the UN formula and the aspirations of the people of the occupied valley.
