Delhi minister Bharadwaj criticizes BJP govt’s Kashmir policy

New Delhi: Delhi Cabinet Minister Saurabh Bharadwaj has criticized the BJP-led Indian government for failing to improve the situation in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK).

According to Kashmir Media Service, Bharadwaj made these remarks following the killing of five Indian troops in an attack in Doda district of IIOJK.

“The Kashmir policy of the BJP-led government has completely failed,” he said, noting that the BJP was part of the government in IIOJK before imposing Governor’s rule in 2018, but the situation has not improved.

“Neither were the Kashmiri Pandit brothers resettled, nor did any development take place,” Bharadwaj added.
