Three tourists die as vehicle falls into gorge on Zojila pass in IIOJK
Srinagar: In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, three tourists died and a minor was injured when their vehicle skidded off the road and fell into a deep gorge on Zojila Pass on the Srinagar-Ladakh Highway.
According to Kashmir Media Service, the accident occurred at Panimatha near Captain Morh when the driver lost control of the vehicle heading from Sonamarg to Kargil this morning, local police reported. Three tourists, including two women, died on the spot, and a child was critically injured.
The driver survived the accident, police said, adding the identities of the deceased and injured are yet to be confirmed.
