Woman dies after falling from tree in Baramulla
Srinagar: A woman died after falling from a tree in the Satarteran area of Tangmarg tehsil of Baramulla district in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK) on Wednesday evening.
According to the Kashmir Media Service, the woman, identified as Afroza Begum, was shifted to JVC Hospital for specialized treatment where she succumbed to her injuries.
Local police officials reported that Afroza Begum (40), wife of Mohammad Maqbool Lone and a resident of Satarteran Baramulla, fell from a tree, sustaining life-threatening injuries.
They further stated that Afroza Begum was initially taken to Sub-District Hospital Tangmarg for treatment. After receiving primary medical care, she was referred to JVC Hospital in Srinagar for further treatment. Unfortunately, she passed away due to her injuries at the facility.
