CBI files chargesheet against Kejriwal in excise policy case
New Delhi: Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has been charged by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) in connection with the excise policy case.
The CBI filed a chargesheet against Kejriwal and others in a special court at Rouse Avenue on July 29, alleging corruption in the excise policy introduced in 2021.
Kejriwal is currently in judicial custody and his bail plea is pending before the Delhi High Court.
