Amir Muqam appeals parliamentary parties to participate in protest walk on Youm-e-Istehsal
Islamabad: Federal Minister for Kashmir Affairs and Gilgit-Baltistan Engineer Amir Muqam has appealed to all the parliamentary parties to participate in the walk from Radio Pakistan to D Chowk in Islamabad on the occasion of Youm-e-Istehsal-e-Kashmir on August 5.
According to Kashmir Media Service, Engineer Amir Maqam, speaking in the National Assembly, said on August 5, 2019, the special status of Jammu and Kashmir was repealed by the Modi regime which will complete five years on August 5.
He said like every year, Youm-e-Istehsal-e-Kashmir is also being observed this year. Protest walks and demonstrations have been announced against this illegal move of the Modi government in Pakistan as well as around the world, he added.
Amir Maqam appealed to all the parliamentary parties to participate in the walk from Radio Pakistan to D Chowk so that a clear message could be sent to India that the government and people of Pakistan are all united on the Kashmir dispute.
