India involved in war crimes in IIOJK: FO Spokesperson

Islamabad: Pakistan has said that India is involved in war crimes in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir and is committing genocide against Kashmiris.

According to Kashmir Media Service, Foreign Office Spokesperson Mumtaz Zahra Baloch during her weekly press briefing in Islamabad, today, strongly condemned the recent killing of four Kashmiris by Indian troops in Doda district of the occupied territory.

She stated that Pakistan would continue to extend political, diplomatic, and moral support to the Kashmiri people for a just and peaceful resolution of the Jammu and Kashmir dispute, in accordance with UN Security Council Resolutions.

the spokesperson said Pakistan is concerned about the situation in the Middle East, adding Israel massacred 40,000 people in Gaza and recently attacked worshipers, which is a violation of the Geneva Convention. She said Israel should be held accountable for such actions and Iran has full right to defend itself.

Mumtaz Zahra Baloch said there is no need for other countries to make statements about Pakistan’s internal affairs and foreign governments should refrain from interfering in Pakistan’s affairs.

The Foreign Office spokesperson further said Pakistan has taken up the issue of the hideouts of terrorist groups, adding the Afghan authorities have to take effective action against the terrorist groups present on their soil so that terrorism in Pakistan is stopped.
