India promoting obscenity in IIOJK as part of planned conspiracy: Agha Hadi.
Srinagar: An eminent religious scholar in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir Agha Syed Muhammad Hadi has said that India is trying to promote obscenity in the occupied territory as part of a planned conspiracy to alienate Kashmiri Muslims from their cultural, social and religious values.
According to Kashmir Media Service, Agha Syed Muhammad Hadi addressing a public gathering in Srinagar said the Modi government is promoting indecency and obscenity in IIOJK.
He said after snatching the special status of the occupied territory on August 5, 2019, the process of alienating the Kashmiri Muslims from their culture and painting them in Indian colour has been accelerated.
He said efforts are being made to induce Kashmiri children to dance and sing. He said it is the duty of parents to inform their children about India’s evil plans and prevent them from participating in obscene and indecent events.
Agha Syed Muhammad Hadi said Kashmiris have started a peaceful movement to get their rights, adding they want their rights democratically, but instead of giving them rights, India is trying to erase their civilization, culture and identity.
Agha Syed Mohammad Hadi said the Indian rulers have no regard for the religious values, civilization and culture of Kashmiri Muslims and they are using various dirty tactics to achieve their nefarious designs.
He said, “India is taking away our houses, lands and other properties from us and is trying to destroy our identity.” He said the Bharatiya Janata Party government, while repealing the special status of the occupied territory in August 2019, had said that the aim of the move was to take Kashmir on the path of peace and development, but peace and development were far away, and everything had been taken away from the Kashmiris and is trying to make them strangers in their own homeland.
Agha Muhammad Hadi said, “We need to promote unity and consensus in our ranks. We can defeat the enemy’s conspiracies and intrigues only by fully following the Quran and Sunnah.”
