Property of another Kashmiri seized in Poonch
Jammu The National Investigation Agency (NIA) of India has launched extensive raids and search operations across various locations in the Rajouri and Reasi districts of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
According to Kashmir Media Service, the dreaded NIA targeted multiple houses in the operation, leading to the arrest and interrogation of several local Muslim youths. The searches are underway and further details are awaited.
As per Indian media reports, the NIA’s actions are linked to the investigation into a bus attack that occurred in June. The bus was returning from the Shiv Khori temple when it came under fire and veered off the road, plunging into a gorge near Teryath village in the Pouni area of Reasi.
Following the incident, the Indian Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) transferred the case to the NIA on June 17.
On the other hand, the State Investigation Agency (SIA) has attached a plot of land measuring 10 marla and two sarsai belonging to a youth named Mohammad Arshad in the Dara Bagyal area of Poonch district.
