APHC-AJK to hold protest rally on October 27 in Karachi

Karachi: The All Parties Hurriyat Conference Azad Jammu and Kashmir (APHC-AJK) chapter will hold a protest rally in Karachi on October 27 to mark the day as Black Day.

According to Kashmir Media Service, on October 27 in 1947 India landed its troops in Srinagar and occupied Jammu and Kashmir against the will of the Kashmiri people.

In this connection, a delegation of APHC-AJK) chapter led by its Convener Ghulam Muhammad Safi met Sajid Mughal, President of Tehreek-e-Nojawanan-e- Sindh, Sajid Mir, Coordinator of Tehreek-e- Nojawanan-e- Sindh Sindh, Sardar Nazakat, leader of Pakistan People’s Party, and Sardar Bashir Suduzai, Member, Karachi Arts Council, in Karachi and apprised them about the protest programme.

The delegates during the meeting said that a protest rally will be held from Karachi Arts Council to National Press Club to mark the day as Black Day.

The members of the delegation invited them to the protest rally on October 27 and they promised to support and participate along with their members and activists in the programme.

In the meeting it was said that Jammu and Kashmir has been under illegal occupation of India since October 1947 and since then Kashmiris have been sacrificing their lives for the right to self-determination.
