Indian forces launch search operation after blast near Army Camp in Poonch
Jammu: Indian forces’ personnel launched a cordon and search operation in Poonch district of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
According to Kashmir Media Service, the operation was launched after a loud explosion-like sound was heard near the Indian army camp in Surankote town of the district.
Indian officials said a joint search operation was launched after the sound was heard in Surankote town.
“The explosion is suspected to have occurred close to an army installation in Surankote town,” officials said, adding that further details are awaited.
