India involved in terrorist activities at global level: Barrister Sultan

Islamabad: The President of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, Barrister Sultan Mahmood Chaudhry, has stated that India is not only engaged in state terrorism in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir but is also involved in terrorist activities on the global stage.

According to Kashmir Media Service, Barrister Sultan made these remarks during a meeting with the Ambassador of Turkey, Dr. Irfan Neziroğlu, at Kashmir House in Islamabad today. The President emphasized that the Kashmir issue is not only a matter for the Kashmiri people but is also a matter for the entire Muslim Ummah. He noted that India has deprived Kashmiri Muslims of their religious rights, preventing them from offering prayers on Fridays and during Eid celebrations.

Barrister Sultan further stated that over 900,000 Indian troops are committing atrocities against the Kashmiri people, with human rights violations reaching their peak in the territory. He called on Islamic countries to take notice of India’s oppression against the innocent people of Kashmir and to pressure Indian leadership for the resolution of the Kashmir dispute. He added that India’s Hindu nationalist policies pose a threat not only to South Asia but to global peace as well.

The President also highlighted that Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has exposed India’s involvement in terrorist activities within Canada, shedding light on India’s malicious intentions on the global stage.

Furthermore, Barrister Sultan praised Turkey for its consistent support of the Kashmiri people’s right to self-determination, expressing hope that Turkey will continue its support in the future.

On this occasion, Turkish Ambassador Dr. Irfan Neziroğlu assured President Azad Jammu and Kashmir that Turkey will continue its unwavering support for the Kashmiri people and will raise their right to self-determination on every international forum. The meeting was also attended by the Consul of the Turkish Embassy, Mrs. Yıprk Es.
