Property of another Kashmiri seized in Baramulla

Srinagar: The New Delhi-appointed administration led by Lieutenant Governor has seized yet another property of a Kashmiri civilian in Baramulla district of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
According to Kashmir Media Service, the property comprising one residential house, along with a single-storied poultry farm and two kanals of land was confiscated under the draconian Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act.
Since the illegal abrogation of IIOJK’s special status in August 2019, the BJP-led Indian government has intensified its campaign to deprive Kashmiris of their properties, homes and lands. This strategy aims to economically weaken the local population while facilitating the transfer of confiscated properties to non-Kashmiri Hindus, systematically altering the territory’s demographic balance to advance the Hindutva agenda.
