Pakistan will continue to support Kashmiris: Amir Muqam
Peshawar: Federal Minister for Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan Affairs Engineer Amir Muqam has said that Pakistan gave a befitting reply to Indian aggression and will continue to support Kashmiris.
According to Kashmir Media Service, Engineer Amir Muqam addressing a ceremony regarding the Independence Day in Peshawar, congratulated the entire nation on the occasion of Independence Day.
He said, “On August 14, 1947, our beloved homeland came into existence due to the efforts and sacrifices of our elders. We got this country due to the sacrifices of our elders. Our nation and the Pakistan Army are protecting and safeguarding it well.”
Amir Muqam said the Pakistani army gave a befitting reply to India and Pakistan achieved a great victory against India. “We also defeated India on the diplomatic front,” he added.
He said the unity of the nation and the spirit of the Pakistan Army showed the whole world that we know how to defend our country. “In a few hours we shot down Indian planes and destroyed its defense installations.” He said Pakistan will continue to provide moral, political and diplomatic support to the Kashmiri people.
