Gurpatwant Singh declares Delhi will be part of Khalistan
Washington: Sikhs for Justice leader, Gurpatwant Singh, has declared that Delhi will become part of Khalistan, reaffirming the Sikh community’s determination to achieve their right to self-determination through a peaceful and democratic movement.
According to Kashmir Media Service, Sikhs across the globe have maintained a decades-long, consistent, and peaceful struggle for justice and independence. This commitment has been reflected in a series of international milestones, including referendums conducted in the United Kingdom, Canada, Italy, Australia and the United States, highlighting the worldwide Sikh aspiration for Khalistan.
One of the most significant recent developments was the historic series of 17 referendums held in Washington state, a powerful expression of Sikh identity and unity that sent a strong message to the global community. The opening of a Khalistan embassy in Canada has further strengthened this cause, providing a diplomatic platform to advance Sikh rights internationally.
At the same time, Gurpatwant Singh in a statement warned of India’s escalating repression against Sikhs, including transnational killings of Sikh leaders abroad, which rights groups describe as a continuation of the Sikh genocide. These violations, he said, have only deepened the Sikh nation’s resolve to pursue their goal of Khalistan.
“Delhi will become part of Khalistan,” Gurpatwant Singh declared, calling on Sikhs to continue their peaceful and democratic struggle until justice and freedom are achieved.
Observers note that the Sikh freedom movement remains one of resilience, peaceful resistance, and unwavering determination, with the demand for Khalistan resonating more strongly than ever among Sikh diaspora communities worldwide.
