Eid conveys message of sacrifice, unity and self-introspection for Muslims: Rehmani
Islamabad: Senior APHC-AJK leader and Chairman of the J&K People’s Freedom League, Muhammad Farooq Rehmani, while extending Eid-ul-Adha greetings to Muslims, said the sacred occasion imparts values of sacrifice, unity, self-accountability, and unwavering faith.
According to Kashmir Media Service, in his Eid message, Muhammad Farooq Rehmani expressed concern over the plight of the people in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK), Palestine and other oppressed regions, urging the United Nations, Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), and Muslim countries to play their role in ensuring justice and the right to self-determination for oppressed peoples.
He said Eid-ul-Adha serves as a reminder for Muslims to strengthen their moral character, reinforce collective unity, and stand firmly against injustice and oppression across the world.
