Pakistan welcomes reaffirmation by OIC for its strong, unequivocal position on Kashmir dispute
Islamabad: Pakistan has welcomed the reaffirmation by the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) for its strong and unequivocal position on the Kashmir dispute at the recently concluded 15th Islamic summit in the Gambia.
According to Kashmir Media Service, Foreign Office Spokesperson Mumtaz Zahra Baloch at her weekly news briefing in Islamabad today pointed out that the moot at its final communique reaffirmed unwavering support for and solidarity with the people of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir in their quest for realization of their inalienable right to self-determination in accordance with the United Nations resolutions.
She reaffirmed that Pakistan will continue to extend moral, political and diplomatic support to their Kashmiri brothers and sisters.
Responding to a question, the spokesperson said no dialogue is taking place with India.
