APHC-AJK to hold protest outside Indian HC in Islamabad on Wani’s anniversary
Islamabad: All Parties Hurriyat Conference Azad Jammu and Kashmir (APHC-AJK) chapter and Kashmir Liberation Cell will hold a protest demonstration outside the Indian High Commission in Islamabad on July 8 in connection with the martyrdom anniversary of Burhan Muzaffar Wani.
According to Kashmir Media Service, the decision was taken at a meeting of the APHC-AJK chapter in Islamabad today, held with Convener Ghulam Muhammad Safi in chair. The Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Cell was represented by Najeeb-ul-Ghafoor Khan, in charge of media and Raja Rashid Raza.
The government ministers, Hurriyat leaders and representatives of Kashmiri community living in Rawalpindi and Islamabad and media will participate in the protest demonstration.
Former convener Mehmood Ahmed Saghar, Dawood Khan Yousufzai, General Secretary Advocate Parvez Ahmed, Information Secretary Mushtaq Ahmed Butt and Chaudhry Shaheen Iqbal were also present on the occasion.
