High Court orders 29 politicians to vacate govt bungalows in IIOJK

Srinagar: The High Court of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK) has ordered 29 local politicians to vacate their government bungalows in the territory.

According to Kashmir Media Service, the directive was issued by a bench consisting of Chief Justice Tashi Rabstan and Justice Puneet Gupta.

Those ordered to vacate the bungalows include Mohammad Yousuf Tarigami, Abdul Rahim Rather, Sajad Lone, Kavinder Gupta, Sat Sharma, and others. They have been instructed to leave their accommodations immediately after the conclusion of so-called election process.

It is noteworthy that the first phase of these elections was held on September 18, the second phase occurred on September 25, and the final phase is set for October 1. The results are expected to be announced on October 8.
