Indian soldier succumbs to injuries in IIOJK, raising death toll of slain troops to 3
Srinagar: In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, another Indian army man injured in last night’s attack in the Gulmarg area of Baramulla has succumbed to his injuries, raising the total number of troops killed to three.
According to Kashmir Media Service, two Indian troops were killed and at least three others injured when their vehicle was attacked in the Botapathri Gulmarg area on Thursday evening. In the aftermath of the attack, troops fired indiscriminately, resulting in the killing of two civilians who were working as porters for the Indian army.
One of the injured troops died at an Indian army hospital in Srinagar today.
Following the attack, Indian forces’ personnel have launched massive operations in the area, which are ongoing.
