APHC-AJK hold prayer session in Islamabad
Islamabad: All Parties Hurriyat Conference Azad Jammu and Kashmir (APHC-AJK) chapter held a prayer session in Islamabad today with Convener Ghulam Muhammad Safi in chair.
According to Kashmir Media Service, the participants of the meeting condoled the deaths of the mothers of Hurriyat leader Syed Ijaz Rehmani and Kashmir freedom movement leader Taj Ali Shah and expressed solidarity with the bereaved families.
They paid tribute to the services of the deceased and said that they were very virtuous, soft-hearted and dignified women. These families have had a deep and long-standing connection with the Kashmir freedom movement and have always shown steadfastness and perseverance in the struggle for the right to self-determination, they added.
On this occasion, Convener Ghulam Muhammad Safi and other Hurriyat leaders expressed their heartfelt condolences and sympathy to Syed Ijaz Rahmani and Taj Ali Shah on the deaths of their mothers and said all the workers associated with the Hurriyat leadership and the Kashmir freedom movement share equally with the bereaved families in this hour of grief.
They said that the deceased played an important role in the intellectual, moral and national education of their children. It is because of their education and prayers that Syed Ijaz Rahmani and Taj Ali Shah are playing a full role in the right to self-determination of the Kashmiri people.
In the meeting, prayers were offered for the complete forgiveness of the deceased, a high place in paradise, high ranks and special blessings of Allah Almighty.
