CJP founder Dipke says RSS men behind attack on him, vows Delhi march

Nagpur: Cockroach Janta Party founder Abhijeet Dipke has said that RSS men carried out an assault on him during a Jaipur protest, saying the attack was aimed at silencing dissent and diverting attention from the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET-UG) paper leak issue.
According to Kashmir Media Service, Dipke was slapped multiple times by two men on June 15 while being carried on supporters’ shoulders during a protest in Jaipur.
Police detained two youths, including Rajesh Gurjar who defended his actions by calling CJP activists “mosquito people with a jihadi mentality” and accusing Dipke of trying to “break India.”
“There were some people belonging to the RSS, and there is nothing new in it. Whenever someone speaks against the government or their ideology, they do this,” Dipke said after arriving at Nagpur airport ahead of a CJP demonstration at Samvidhan Square.
Dipke said the assault was meant to shift focus away from students affected by examination irregularities. “We will not deviate from our issues… Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan has to take responsibility,” he said, adding he was not intimidated and would continue peaceful protests.
CJP spokesperson Sourav Das called it a “cowardly attack” by BJP-RSS “goons” and said violence would not silence demands for accountability.
Former Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal also condemned the assault.
CJP has been demanding Pradhan’s resignation over the NEET-UG paper leak.
