Mushaal urges world to take notice of India’s HR violations in IIOJK
Islamabad: Special Assistant to the Prime Minister for Human Rights and Women’s Development Mushaal Hussein Mullick has urged the international community to take notice of the human rights violations committed by India in illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
Mushaal Hussein Mullick expressed these views while presiding over the second advisory meeting of the Kashmir Advisory Committee in Islamabad.
She gave a comprehensive briefing to the meeting on his recent meeting with vice chancellors of more than 250 universities of Pakistan and Azad Jammu and Kashmir. She emphasized the importance of harnessing the energies of the youth for effective research and advocacy to advance the Kashmir cause and informed the members about the establishment of Kashmir cells in the universities of Azad Jammu and Kashmir and Pakistan.
She detailed the ongoing initiatives to actively involve the Kashmiri diaspora in advancing the cause of Kashmir. She expressed her determination to organize special discussions in foreign universities with the aim of understanding the Kashmir dispute in depth and gaining international support for the Kashmiri people.
Mushaal Mullick also expressed concern over the Modi government’s facilitation of the RSS to spread its fascist ideology in the region, adding the ideology of RSS is not only a threat to minorities in India but also to regional peace. KMS—16A
