Mirwaiz, Moosvi condole demise of Mufti Nasir-ul-Islam’s mother
Srinagar: Senior leaders of All Parties Hurriyat Conference, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq, and Agha Syed Hassan Al-Moosvi Al-Safvi, have expressed grief and sorrow over the demise of the mother of grand Mufti of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, Mufti Nasir-ul-Islam.
According to Kashmir Media Service, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq in a condolence message expressed solidarity with the bereaved family members, including Mufti Nasir-ul-Islam and Mufti Fareeduddin. The deceased was an aunt of the Mirwaiz.
He prayed for the highest place in Jannat for the departed soul and patience to the bereaved family members.
A delegation on the direction of Mirwaiz Umar Farooq, attended the funeral prayers of the deceased.
Meanwhile, Agha Syed Hassan Al-Moosvi Al-Safvi in a statement prayed Allah Almighty to rest the departed soul in eternal peace and give courage to the bereaved family to bear this loss with patience.
The mother of grand Mufti passed away in Srinagar, today. A large number of people belonging to different walks of life attended the funeral prayer of the deceased which was led by Mufti Nasir-ul-Islam.
On the other hand, Awami Action Committee, headed by Mirwaiz Umar Farooq, expressed grief over the demise of Haji Ghulam Hassan Langoo and Ghulam Nabi Pandit, both residents of Srinagar, who were close friends of the Mirwaiz family. A delegation of the organisation visited the residences of the bereaved families and conveyed the Mirwaiz’s message of condolence and consolation to them.
