Delhi-controlled SIA raids several locations in Srinagar
Srinagar: The New Delhi-controlled State Investigation Agency (SIA) has launched raids at different locations in Srinagar district of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
According to Kashmir Media Service, the SIA sleuths along with paramilitary forces raided at least 18 locations in the Srinagar district.
The searches are being conducted at ‘Win placement’ Rawalpora, ‘Khidmat placement’ Rawalopora, ‘Madeeha Placement’ Rambagh, ‘Superman placement’, Chanpora and other areas of the district.
These searches are being carried out in pursuance of search warrants issued by Special Court, an Indian police official said, adding that further details of the case will be shared later.
Meanwhile, Indian troops during a cordon and search operation arrested one youth named Rafeeq Ahmad in Lalpora area of Kupwara district. The troops dubbed the youth a militant to justify his arrest.
