Indian forces conduct CASOs in Baramulla, youth arrested
Srinagar: Indian forces’ personnel conducted cordon and search operations in two separate areas of Baramulla district in occupied Jammu and Kashmir on Thursday.
According to Kashmir Media Service, a search operation in Uri led to the arrest of a youth named Farooq Ahmed. Indian troops claimed they recovered a pistol, magazines, and ammunition during a search of his person.
Separately, Indian troops and paramilitary personnel launched a search operation in the Nowpora Sopore area of the same district on Thursday evening.
Meanwhile, an Indian army man was killed and three others were injured in a road accident in Torna Uri area of Baramulla district on Thursday.
