Indian MP flees to Germany after allegations of sexual abuse by several women
New Delhi: Prajwal Revanna, an Indian Member of Parliament (MP) from Hassan Lok Sabha constituency in Karnataka, has fled to Frankfurt, Germany, soon after the state chief minister announced a Special Investigation Team (SIT) probe against him over sexual abuse allegations.
According to Kashmir Media Service, Prajwal Revanna, the grandson of former Indian prime minister HD Deve Gowda and a politician from Janata Dal (Secular), has been accused of sexually molesting numerous women, including party workers, officials constituents and maids, as well as filming these acts. He is also the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) candidate from Hassan parliamentary constituency in the southern state of Karnataka.
He reportedly used the videos to “blackmail” the victims to continue with these illicit actions.
