After Mirwaiz, Agha Moosvi also bats for Kashmiri Pandits’ return
Srinagar: After senior leader of All Parties Hurriyat Conference Mirwaiz Umar Farooq, another senior APHC leader and President of Anjuman-e-Sharie Shian Agha Syed Hassan Al-Moosvi Al-Safvi has emphasized long-pending desire for the Pandit community to return to their ancestral homes so that they can once again be an integral part of the Valley’s culture, fostering mutual support as in the past.
According to Kashmir Media Service, Agha Syed Hassan Al-Moosvi Al-Safvi addressing a public gathering in Budgam said, “The return of Kashmiri Pandits is a matter of our empathy as we share centuries-old relationships and we won’t allow any individual or institution to weaponise this relationship.
Furthermore, he called upon the leadership of India and Pakistan to take necessary steps to facilitate pilgrimage to Sharda Temple in Neelam valley.
