Congress leader demand restoration of IIOJK statehood before elections
Jammu: Former Deputy Chief Minister of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir and senior Congress leader Tara Chand called for the restoration of full-fledged statehood to Jammu and Kashmir before the assembly elections.
According to Kashmir Media Service, addressing a large gathering in Jammu, Chand emphasized the need for statehood with all its rights and legal provisions, highlighting the territory’s historical significance and the commitments made in the legislature.
Prominent Congress leaders, including Narinder Sharma, Sahil Sharma, Madan Lal Sharma, and others, were present at the event.
