Safi mourns death of Maulana Abdul Aziz Alvi
Islamabad: The All Parties Hurriyat Conference Azad Jammu and Kashmir (APHC-AJK) convenor, Ghulam Muhammad Safi, has expressed deep sorrow over the passing of Maulana Abdul Aziz Alvi, a prominent religious scholar and dedicated leader of the Kashmir freedom movement.
According to Kashmir Media Service, in a condolence message, Safi praised Maulana Alvi’s lifelong struggle for the freedom of Kashmir and his commitment to the establishment of a system based on Quran and Sunnah.
Maulana Alvi, known for his moderate temperament and wisdom, was an unwavering supporter of Kashmir’s freedom, offering both spiritual and material assistance to those affected by the conflict. His contributions to the political and social aspects of the Kashmir liberation struggle will be remembered.
The APHC-AJK leader prayed for Maulana Alvi’s soul and sought divine blessings for his efforts toward the supremacy of Islam and Kashmir’s freedom.
