Indian soldier injured in Poonch landmine blast
Jammu: An Indian army soldier sustained critical injuries in a landmine explosion in the Poonch district of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK).
According to Kashmir Media Service, the 32-year-old soldier was part of a patrolling unit when he accidentally triggered a landmine in the Krishna Ghati sector, near the Line of Control, Indian media reported.
Indian officials confirmed that the explosion caused severe injuries to the sepoy, who was promptly evacuated and is currently receiving medical treatment at a nearby hospital.
