AJK PM remembers Afzal Guru on his martyrdom anniversary
Islamabad: Prime Minister of Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) Chaudhry Anwar ul Haq, paying tributes to Muhammad Afzal Guru on his martyrdom anniversary, said that Afzal Guru was the real hero of the Kashmiri people.
According to Kashmir Media Service, India had hanged Muhammad Afzal Guru in New Delhi’s Tihar Jail on 9th February, 2013 and his body remains buried in the premises of the jail.
Anwar ul Haq in a video message on the occasion of 12th martyrdom anniversary of Muhammad Afzal Guru said that the martyrdom of Afzal Guru was an extrajudicial killing, adding the Indian Supreme Court justified its decision to satisfy the conscience of the Indian people.
The AJK prime Minister said the people of Kashmiri will continue their struggle for freedom from India till the complete success and in this regard they will offer any kind of sacrifice.
