IIOJK High court quashes PSA detentions of Journalist Majid Hyderi
Srinagar: The High Court of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir has ordered the immediate release of Journalist Majid Hyderi, quashing his detention under the black law Public Safety Act (PSA).
According to Kashmir Media Service, Justice V K Chatterjee quashed the detention of Majid Hyderi- a prominent journalist of IIOJK under PSA. Hyderi was arrested in September, 2023 on fake and fabricated charges and was lodged in Kot Bhalwal Jail Jammu.
