9 years on: How Pakistani agencies arrested Indian spy Kulbhushan Yadav?

Islamabad: It has now been nine years since the arrest of Indian spy Kulbhushan Yadav, who was running a terrorist network in Pakistan under the name Hussain Mubarak Patel.

According to Kashmir Media Service, Pakistani agencies arrested Kulbhushan Yadav from Mashkhel area of Chaman on March 3, 2016. He was a serving officer of Commander rank of the Indian Navy.

Kulbhushan Yadav was involved in organized terror operations in Pakistan for the Indian agency “RAW” since 2003. After entering Chabahar “Iran” on a fake passport in 2003, he developed a network of Baloch separatists under the guise of scrap business.

Yadav’s confession unraveled a vast network of espionage, shedding light on India’s covert operations aimed at weakening Pakistan from within. India’s blatant violation of Pakistan’s sovereignty through espionage and terrorism only intensified regional instability and undermined peace efforts.

Pakistan’s legal victory at the ICJ, with Yadav’s guilt firmly established, was a diplomatic triumph in the face of Indian aggression.

The global awareness generated by Yadav’s case cemented Pakistan’s narrative of India’s covert involvement in fostering terrorism and instability.

RAW was involved in spreading chaos in Pakistan and shedding the blood of innocent Pakistanis, Kulbhushan. In September 2016, Pakistan also handed over the dossier on Kulbhushan Yadav to the United Nations on terrorist activities in Pakistan.

India refused to recognize Kulbhushan Yadav as an Indian citizen. On April 10, 2017, there was an uproar in India after Pakistan announced the death sentence of Kulbhushan.

India’s prosecution of Kulbhushan Yadav is an admission of terrorist activities by India in Pakistan

The arrest of a senior serving intelligence officer in Pakistan is proof of “RAW” spreading chaos and terrorism in Pakistan. Sri Lanka, Nepal and Myanmar have also said that India was committing terrorism in the past.

Here the question raised would the international community take any action on terrorism complaints against India by its neighbours and wasn’t India flourishing under the Hindutva ideology, creating chaos in the region through terrorism and becoming a threat to world peace.
