Indian students in Australia steal over $10m in five months
Canberra: Indian students in Australia have stolen more than $10 million in five months.
According to Kashmir Media Service, a report released by the Australian media revealed the large-scale involvement of Indian students in the thefts.
According to the report, the police have arrested an organized group of 19 Indian students and people residing on temporary visas who are accused of stealing goods worth more than $10 million from major stores.
According to the police, the arrested people worked as an organized network. The baby formula, vitamins, electric toothbrushes and other goods stolen by Indian students were provided to specific recipients who later sold these goods at high prices.
