Sikh community supports Pakistan after Indian Defense Minister’s threat

Ottawa: The Sikh community, which is a victim of Indian oppression and tyranny, has refused to support terrorist Narendra Modi against Pakistan and has directed Sikh soldiers to join the Pakistan Army to defend Sindh province.

According to Kashmir Media Service, the leader of the Sikh organization, Sikhs for Justice, Gurpatwant Singh Pannu, has demanded open recruitment of Sikhs in the Pakistan Army against India. Sikhs for Justice has requested Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir to invite Sikh volunteers from Indian illegally occupied Punjab to join the Pakistan Army.

He said in view of the Indian Defence Minister’s open threat to occupy Sindh, Pakistan must immediately open the way for special recruitment for Sikhs. He requested that a special list of Sikh volunteers and a dedicated Sikh Defence Unit be formed. This unit of Sikh volunteers will be deployed specifically for the defence of Sindh.

Patwant Singh Pannu said as soon as Pakistan issues the registration protocol, thousands of Sikh volunteers around the world are ready to join.

The leader of Sikhs for Justice further said the world is expressing its full support for Pakistan’s strong stance and against Indian aggression. The world is standing with Pakistan against India’s war politics and its plan to promote terrorism, he added.

Garpatwant Singh Pannu said, “We have a strong position based on the international laws of the United Nations.” According to international laws, a soldier has the right to refuse to go to war based on his conscience.
