Pakistan ultimate destination, safest refuge for Kashmiris: Sardar Atiq

Mirpur: Sardar Atiq Ahmad Khan, President of the All Jammu and Kashmir Muslim Conference, has declared Pakistan as the ultimate destination and safest refuge for Kashmiris, asserting that the slogan “Kashmir Bane Ga Pakistan” guarantees a secure future for South Asia.

According to Kashmir Media Service, speaking at a workers’ convention of the Muslim Conference in Dadyal, Mirpur district of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, Sardar Atiq emphasized his party’s unwavering allegiance to Pakistan. He said weakening the Muslim Conference would be equivalent to undermining Quaid-e-Azam’s Kashmir policy and highlighted the party’s role as the guardian of Jammu and Kashmir’s identity and unity.

Sardar Atiq said that opposing Pakistan’s armed forces is equivalent to opposing the sacred homeland of Pakistan. He said the enemy seeks to exploit internal divisions and political instability, noting following recent military setbacks, the cowardly enemy India has intensified efforts to destabilize Pakistan internally.

He added that the enemy aims to sow unrest and discord within our ranks to strike at Pakistan’s lifeline. Sardar Atiq said that the future of coming generations is linked with “Kashmir Bane Ga Pakistan,” and the freedom struggle cannot succeed without safeguarding the enduring ties between Pakistan and Jammu and Kashmir.

The convention was attended by Muslim Conference General Secretary Mehr-un-Nisa, District Mirpur President Chaudhry Shaukat Ali, Youth Wing Chairman Sardar Usman Ali Khan, Advocate Mirza Muhammad Shafiq Jarral, Raja Zafar Maroof, former Kashmir Council member Advocate Syed Ghulam Raza Naqvi, Chaudhry Khizar Hayat, Raja Shafiq Khan, Raja Wasim Khalid, Advocate Sajid Qureshi, and other leaders.
