Field Marshal’s today speech reflection of Pakistanis, Kashmiris’ sentiments: APHC-AJK
Islamabad: The All Parties Hurriyat Conference Azad Jammu and Kashmir (APHC) chapter has said that Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir is absolutely right in saying that the Maarka-e-Haq was not just a traditional military clash but a decisive battle between two ideologies in which truth and justice prevailed.
According to Kashmir Media Service, APHC-AJK General Secretary Advocate Pervez Ahmed Shah in a statement said the Field Marshal’s speech today at the ‘Victory Day’ ceremony at General Headquarters in Rawalpindi was a reflection of the sentiments of Pakistanis and Kashmiris. He said last year’s Pak-India war is a bright chapter in Pakistan’s history which is a symbol of national unity, solidarity, sacrifice and defence of the homeland.
He said Field Marshal Asim Munir’s warning that any future aggression against Pakistan will be given a swift, determined and full response, reflects the unwavering resolve and unity of the Pakistani nation.
Parvez Ahmad Shah further said the unity of the nation under the spirit of “Banyanum Marsoos” sends a clear message to the enemy that Pakistan is fully prepared to defend its sovereignty, security and ideological borders.
He further said the people of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir salute the courage and sacrifices of the Pakistani forces. The unwavering support and patronage of the people and the armed forces is a source of courage and strength for the freedom-loving people of the occupied territory and India can never succeed in further subjugating and oppressing the Kashmiri people, he concluded.
