Youth killed in Srinagar road accident
Srinagar : A 25-year-old woman was found dead under suspicious circumstances in Ganderbal district of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
According to Kashmir Media Service, the woman was found hanging at her residence in the Manigam area of district. She was immediately shifted to District Hospital Ganderbal, where doctors declared her brought dead on arrival.
Officials said an investigation has been launched to determine the exact circumstances surrounding the incident, while further details are awaited.
Meanwhile, a youth was killed and three others injured after a vehicle crashed into a divider and plunged into the Dal Lake at Lashkari Mohalla on Foreshore Road in Srinagar.
Four youths were travelling in the vehicle at the time of the accident. The deceased was identified as Zameer Ahmad, a resident of Rainawari, who died on the spot. The injured were rescued and shifted to Soura hospital for treatment.
