IIOJK: CRPF officer dies of heart attack in Ramban
Srinagar: A Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) officer died due to a sudden heart attack in the Ramban district of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK).
According to Kashmir Media Service, the officer, identified as Sub-Inspector GD Yalla Narsingha Rao, suffered the fatal heart attack at the Novyogya Tunnel in Banihal, where his G/60 Battalion was deployed.
Following the incident, his body was taken for medico-legal formalities, an official said. Further details are awaited as investigations continue.
