Pakistani passengers face hostile behavior from Delhi Uber driver

New Delhi: In what appears to be rising hatred against Pakistan and Muslims in Narendra Modi’s India, an Indian cab driver abused and tortured two Pakistani nationals before ejecting them from his cab.

According to Kashmir Media Service, the passengers, a Pakistani man and his female friend, were riding in a cab in the Indian capital when the driver used abusive language and physically tortured them before throwing them out of the cab. The driver claimed that the passengers had called Indians “matlabparast” (opportunists).

A video capturing the scene shows that the behavior of the Indians towards Pakistanis was disrespectful.
