Srinagar: The All Parties Hurriyat Conference has said that Pakistan’s victory in Marka-e-Haq remains a source of pride and joy for both Pakistanis and Kashmiris, marking a defining chapter in Pakistan’s journey.
According to Kashmir Media Service, the APHC spokesman Advocate Abdul Rashid Minhas in a statement in Srinagar said that from April 22 to May 10, 2025, Pakistan’s armed forces demonstrated exceptional professionalism, courage, and resolve, inflicting a humiliating defeat on the enemy and elevating Pakistan’s prestige on the global stage.
The APHC said Pakistan’s triumph in Marka-e-Haq shattered India’s arrogance, exposed the limits of its power, and proved that Pakistan can neither be intimidated nor subdued by any aggressor. The historic success boosted the morale of Kashmiris resisting Indian occupation and infused fresh energy and renewed determination into their struggle for freedom.
It added that the May 2025 confrontation once again proved that the unresolved Kashmir dispute remains the root cause of Pakistan-India tensions. Pakistan continues to extend unwavering political, diplomatic, and moral support to the Kashmiri people’s just struggle, for which Kashmiris remain deeply grateful.
“Kashmiris and Pakistanis are bound by enduring religious, cultural, and civilizational ties that no force can sever,” the APHC said, praying for Pakistan’s peace, progress, and continued stability. “A strong, prosperous Pakistan is a must for Kashmir’s freedom from Indian occupation.”
The APHC maintained that Kashmiris’ sacrifices will not go in vain and their aspirations of joining Pakistan will ultimately be fulfilled, adding that Marka-e-Haq is etched in history as a decisive triumph over an enemy bent on unprovoked aggression, embodying national resolve, military excellence, and strategic maturity.
Tehreek e Hurriyet Jammu and Kashmir, Jammu Kashmir Muslim League, Jammu and Kashmir Peoples League, Muslim Conference, Jammu and Kashmir Young Men’s League, Kashmir Tehreek-e-Khawateen, Muslim Khawateen Markaz Jammu and Kashmir and others in a joint statement, also paid glowing tributes to the architects and participants of Operation Bunyanum Marsoos and Marka-e-Haq. The leaders said that Operation Bunyanum Marsoos and Marka-e-Haq revived hope, courage, and determination among the oppressed people of Jammu and Kashmir and sent a strong message that sacrifices rendered for truth, justice, and dignity can never be suppressed by force. They said the historic resistance became a symbol of steadfastness and strengthened the resolve of the Kashmiri people for their legitimate right to self-determination. They urged the international community to play its role in resolving the Kashmir dispute in accordance with the aspirations of the Kashmiri people and relevant UN resolutions.
